#2. BRAND DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING

Do you require a new brand to be developed for your accessory categories? Our marketing and design team can assist you with brand creation, packaging and stand design. Additionally, they can assist with any marketing material you require, such as content for your own marketing channels. Furthermore, together with your marketing team, we will organise appropriate promotions and markdowns for your stores.

#3. PRODUCTION & LOGISTICS

Have your personalised ranges manufactured and shipped.

Choose local or international manufacturing. Our local factory in the Free State manufactures beautiful hand-made jewellery. Should you choose to go international, we have joint ventures and strategic arrangements with our overseas factories. We will handle your ranges being manufactured, packaged and shipped to South Africa, thus ensuring that we deliver a brilliant product at a competitive price to your customer.

#4. WAREHOUSING & DISTRIBUTION CENTER

A dedicated warehouse and distribution centre ensures the safekeeping of your stock.

Your inventory will be housed in a dedicated area and is managed by a devoted team that is accountable for the accuracy and housekeeping of the stock.

#5. PLANNING & STOCK ALLOCATIONS

Analysing and optimising in-store data ensures you always have right quantities.

Weekly stock takes and sales tracking keep your stores perfectly stocked. Our commercial department respond to both good and bad sellers by monitoring, replenishing and tracking all of the styles in your business.

#6. HANDS ON IN-STORE SERVICE

Meet your customers’ needs where it matters most.

Have all of your stores visited on a fixed schedule. Our team helps optimise your sell-through by ensuring the proper visual merchandising of your stands and ensures replenishment takes place. Their responsibilities include training store staff on product knowledge, fixing in-store displays, and correcting stock take figures in your system. All of their activity is logged by our software; this includes before and after photos and all store data.
